Hello,

I'd like to ask for an authoritative opinion of somebody from Protractor
core development team - is usage of browser.wait() in tests' step
definitions encouraged or discouraged practice? Is it good thing to have
browser.wait() used extensively to achieve more stable test results or it's
better to use some other techniques?

p.s.
Some context: I'm talking primarily about usage of Protractor in
combination with Cucumber.
