It's a while ago since I touched AngularJs, but iirc you have to use the 
sanitizer that html is allowed. Also, bind directly to the html of the 
element. (create a directive that uses elm.innerHTML to put the strings in)
have a look at this documentation page 
<https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/directive/ngBindHtml>, it explains what 
you need to do. If you are on a lower version, add that directive yourself. 
the trustAsHtml <https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/service/$sce#trustAsHtml> 
is the important part.
