As a general matter, what do people in the WG think we should do when different aspects of the same objective are defined in different drafts? There are at least three possible solutions: 1. Accept this situation; both documents will be references for the IANA registry at https://www.iana.org/assignments/grasp-parameters/grasp-parameters.xhtml#objective-names 2. Forbid this situation. 3. Have the complete definition in document A and make a normative reference to it in document B.
