Hi Carsten, Jaime,

IANA still needs an IESG-designated expert to sign off on the Resource Type 
(rt=) Link Target Attribute Values registrations in version -12 (or let us know 
that changes are still required). Does this work?

We would make the registrations when the IESG approves the document for 
publication.
