I am totally puzzled as to what this "text" might contain. I can see
some possibilities:
1. The objective is specific to a particular supported protocol, so the
"text" contains exactly one supported protocol. In this case, if a
Registrar supports different protocols, it would need to advertise
different objectives, each containing exactly one supported protocol.
2. The objective advertises that the Registrar is willing to speak a
variety of protocols, so the "text" contains a sequence of names of such
protocols, with a defined separator. (This is what I would expect if
"list of" were still present in the comment.)
I do *not* see the "text" containing the *name* of the set (as suggested
by Carsten), because that would require the definition of a set of
names, each referring to expected combinations of acceptable protocols,
which would be impossible to manage.
