For a simulation study to investigate the influence of GPS fix rates on the shape of the kernel UD I am trying to simulate "realistic" movement trajectories. I looked at several of the simm. functions in adehabitat but none really matches my requirements. What I am looking for would be something like a mix of simm.crw and simm.mou where movement resembles a correlated random walk but with a central attraction point that leads to a finite home range size. Does anyone have some code for that or can point me to some references that could help me implementing this?

Thanks,

Mathias
