Well, yes and no.
one of the first things kerneloverlap does is call kernelUD to recalculate
UDFs.
To me this is rather undesirable, since (see the beginning of this thread) I
calculate UDs with a fixed grid defined by a kasc object.
As is, kerneloverlap would use internally calculated UDs, which is a nasty
thing for several reasons: i) is impossibile to calculate kernels with custom
fine-tuning of parameters, ii) there should be non need to recalculate
kernels: it should be better for kerneloverlap to start from some pre-
calculated UDs (I mean, the single point of truth approach...)
The only modification I made is just that. :)
BTW: I'm about to post that code on AniMove wiki: stay tuned.
