A friend of mine who leads the student satellite team at the U of M is helping out with a NASA Space Apps Challenge that I thought some here might be interested in attending. It is happening at the U of M, but you do not need to be a student to participate.

UMSATS will be hosting a "satellite" site for the NASA Space Apps Challenge. This is a 48hr worldwide hackathon where a few thousand people from across the world collaborate to build apps using NASA data. The top apps are selected and published on the NASA website. I'll be posting more details in the next few weeks, but book off some time that weekend. Sincerely, Dario Schor UMSATS Past-Project Lead [email protected] _______________________________________________ UMSATS-News mailing list [email protected] http://lists.umanitoba.ca/mailman/listinfo/umsats-news
