For those of you who aren't on discuss@ or who don't make it out to meetings, this is an update of where we're at with the 3d printer fundraising. First, a thank you to Ben and Stefan, who've looked at a variety of options and settled on the best printer for our needs: the Mendel Max 2.0: http://www.skullspace.ca/wiki/index.php/3d_printer#Printer_details:_Mendel_Max_2.0 Second, and more importantly, we've raised $1310 from 12 different people so far, which is $290 short of our $1600 goal. We just need a couple more pledges before this becomes a reality. So, is anybody out there willing to throw an additional $50, $100, or even $290 into the pot to make this work!? We'd like to do this soon, before the printer sells out (like it did last time)! Thanks!
