Hey everybody, Just some further info on Hacker Jeopardy!
If you need a ticket, they're $5, and you can get them from: - Richard Rodd - Nathan Wild - Alex Weber - Jay Smith And after tonight, you should be able to get them from: - Brittany Postnikov - Ian Trump As I said before, it's important that you get tickets ASAP so we have a decent count for purchasing alcohol and such. If you want to come but can't easily talk to them, email me directly and I'll put you on The List. If you don't have a ticket and you aren't on The List, we can't legally let you in (because Manitoba liquor laws). And finally, I still need some volunteers: - I need 2-3 people to sit at the door and take tickets - I need a couple people to either bring or make food - I need some prizes; I'd like to have 3 prizes worth $20 - $40, and one prize worth $50 - $100. If you work somewhere that can *donate* cool geeky stuff, let me know! (We aren't a charity, but we will definitely trade you for some advertising) On Mon, May 19, 2014 at 11:17 AM, Ron Bowes <[email protected]> wrote: > Hey folks, > > TL;DR: We're gonna be hosting Hacker Jeopardy on Friday, June 6.
