Virginia libertarian James Quigley wrote this week about three score and four 
Tea Party endorsed Republicans who voted to extend the Patriot Act:

"... if you are hoping for Virginia’s Tea Party groups to support individual 
rights issues outside of property rights, you might as well hold your breath.  
Virginia’s Tea Parties have so far shown no strong indication of making 
individual rights a rallying cry and holding representatives that they've 
helped accountable, such as Scott Rigell."
