We are proud to announce OTRS 2.3.0 beta3 (Bora Bora) today.
This is a beta release of OTRS 2.3 which is not recommended to
use for productive operation. Beta releases are published for
test purposes only.
The stable release is planned to be released Aug 4th 2008.

* Bug #1565 - A responsible Agent wasn't updated when a
a new phone or e-mail ticket was created.

not affect 'option fields' (listboxes)) wasn't
shown correctly after an AJAX update in the phone

Important for Upgrading:
=======================For those folks who are using OTRS 2.2 and want to
upgrade
to 2.3 (we do not recommend this at this time because OTRS 2.3.0
beta1 is a beta release) please read the UPGRADING and INSTALL files.
