We are proud to announce OTRS 2.3.0 beta4 (Bora Bora) today.
This is a beta release of OTRS 2.3 which is not recommended to
use for productive operation. Beta releases are published for
test purposes only.
The stable release is planned to be released Aug 4th 2008.
Fixed bugs:

* Bug #3053 - AJAX functionality within the ticket interface
wasn't working properly when the cookies support
was disabled in the browser.

* Bug #3046 - Creating a new Telephone- or Email-Ticket in the
agent interface required to click twice on the
"create" botton.

and slas to the option >none< in the AgentTicketNote
screen.

failed if there existed no config file (ZZZAuto.pm).
The script now creates a new file if there is no

* Bug #3029 - Search results in the agent interface of linkable
objects were not sorted correctly.

* Bug #3030 - If the same linked ticket was linked again the user
didn't get the intended error message in the web

Collapse feature.

Important for Upgrading:

For those folks who are using OTRS 2.2 and want to upgrade
to 2.3 (we do not recommend this at this time because OTRS 2.3.0
beta1 is a beta release) please read the UPGRADING and INSTALL
files.
