We are proud to announce the new OTRS FAQ Module 1.5.1
Enhancements:
=============
* Clickable keywords: within the FAQ view, keywords assigned to
an FAQ article are displayed as links. If a keyword is clicked,
other FAQ articles with the same keyword assigned will be
displayed.
* Top 10 FAQ article listing: The FAQ explorer view shows the
top 10 accessed FAQ articles, next to the latest created
articles and the latest changed articles.
* FAQ reporting: A new report shows an overview of FAQ articles
in a defined time period sorted by access numbers.
* WYSIWYG editor: When creating or editing an FAQ article, Rich
Text Editors can be used to format the FAQ content and to
upload images, which will be shown inline in the FAQ article.
* FAQ approval process: There is a new config option which allows
to implement an FAQ approval process. With this feature
enabled, an FAQ article that is created or edited, will not
be published directly. Instead, a notification ticket is
created which contains a link to the FAQ article. Only
authorized users are allowed to approve a new or edited FAQ
article.
