Ah OK yes, i see, you're right.
The issue is your quoting, as indicated by the error message.
Instead of:
- file: path="{{ playbook_dir }}/dashboard/{{ my_result.name }}
state=directory recurse=yes"
Do this:
- file: path="{{ playbook_dir }}/dashboard/{{ my_result.name }}"
state=directory recurse=yes
