Sorry to followup on myself, but I just read the .duncan "manifesto" on "Evolutionary vs. Revolutionary" at <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (great stuff!), and someone made a strong argument about using a whiteboard area due to the possible change in directory structure, which I agree CVS doesn't handle well.
