I was confused when I saw that he'd added the specifying of the token at the <target> level. I had assumed he'd done it for the <filter> task, so I didn't really pay that much attention to the CVS mail for the source commit, and instead waited to see the change to index.html -- and it was in reading the diff's that I saw where he'd put the attribute, thereby generating confusion in my brain, since I'd been expecting a change in the text of the Filter section, not Target. And for the record: yes, I'm still confused why the attribute was applied to <target> instead of <filter>, so anyone who feels they would like to unconfuse me as to the why of it is welcome to.
