Honestly I don't really think internationalization is something mandatory or
even important in a build environment.

I don't think there is a skilled developer or build engineer on earth that
can achieve his job without having to use english. The software industry
(especially in programming tools) is moving so fast that the time you ship
the internationalized version, it is already obsolete and you are shipping
the nth+1 version. You will put lots of effort into something that will be
useful for 0.0000001%.

Definitely not worth it to me.
