This might be true, but if Ant should be used in InstallShield type apps - as requested somewhere else - Ant gets exposed to a whole bunch of other people. I've been working together with people in the Norwegian and Brazilian subsidiaries of our main customer, trying to install our software. Met a lot of funny situations, including a two man team where one doesn't speak English but German and the other one speaks English but not German in Brazil - no I don't speak Portuguese. I don't think i18n is a first class goal for Ant per se, but it would become quite difficult to add support for it later - you better design for it from the beginning. Stefan
