I know about the tools.jar and the space problem and my environment was set ! correctly, that's why it made me so irritated when it just couldn't work once i ! installed JDK1.3.1 (and work when I reverted back to JDK 1.3). ! ! my JAVA_HOME is D:\jdk1.3.1, tools.jar is included in the classpath as it's set ! in my ant.bat.
