Ant causes a "Relocation error" in the JDK1.1.8 J2SE

This is not a Ant bug.

As the report states this should have been filed to Sun...however this 
behaviour has be known since JAXP 1.1 (Feb 2001) and is not important, it will 
disappear if you disable the JIT and has no consequences but cosmetic. It is in 
the "will not fix" position at Sun due to these VMs being obsolete.

If you get a "nonfatal internal JIT" error when running with versions of Java 2 
SDK version 1.2, you can either ignore the message or upgrade to the newer 
hotspot compiler which is shipped by default with Java 2 SDK version 1.3 to fix
