As the report states this should have been filed to Sun...however this behaviour has be known since JAXP 1.1 (Feb 2001) and is not important, it will disappear if you disable the JIT and has no consequences but cosmetic. It is in the "will not fix" position at Sun due to these VMs being obsolete.
