There is another place where the osname is checked, in
getProcEnvCommand()
change this
if ( osname.indexOf("nt") >= 0 || osname.indexOf("2000") >= 0) {
to this
if ( osname.indexOf("nt") >= 0 || osname.indexOf("2000") >= 0 ||
osname.indexOf("xp") >= 0) {
I think they are the only two places in the code that the osname
substring is checked,
