I think it was in bugzilla (I've bookmarked it myself 8-), but it doesn't seem to be very up to date (no Windows ME at all). But that leaves (at least to a Windows ignorant like me) another question, where do you put Windows CE (which is on that page)? Does it have cmd.exe?
