I'm not comfortable applying this change if it requires a change to the the
test case. That means its breaking some level of API compatibility. Please re-
work your change such that the test case runs as it was before and then it can
be applied. Sorry - just too risky. If another committer wants to jump in and
apply thats fine - I just don't feel comfortable with it.

Let me look at again. I think you original error may have been a Static
compile issue, build clean may take care of it. Let me check.
