OK, they seem to have used a Javadoc instance until 2002-03-24. Back then they'd specify sourcefiles and sourcepath at the same time, this is causing the problems. While I think that doing so is wrong, I'll patch Javadoc to show the same behavior it had before my changes - just to keep it backwards compatible.
