Ok, that's why it could be really nice to have the optional-nonfree.jar
available in download are to avoid all problems.

My suggestion, at least 3 jars :

ant-core
ant-optional-oss (depends on OSS software) 
ant-optional-com (depends on commercial software)

And distribute ant-optional-oss, ant-optional-com in bin
directory
