No matter how useful or small (Scott's input patch is small and useful as well), it is too late for enhancements IMHO.
I am -1 to putting it in. If we could put stuff in there are usefult things I'd want to add, like <hostname>, changes to <csc> and generally add ages to the schedule.
we have been feature complete since beta-1 + selectors, lets stay that way

For who whats to use it in 1.5 it won't be a problem anyway if I give
the class another name and specify it as a property to be used as the helper.
Anyway, on having it in 1.6, comments and suggestions welcome :-)
(also on how to enhance it to make some kind of more enhanced templating possible)
