[PATCH] added <import> declaration in project to include other projects

Errr... I think no.
Oh, just seen Diane's post.
So it's no :-(

Any suggestion on how to do it?

Since properties are put in the project (right?) I could have it and use it if
it's defined before the import.

I'll look into it, but to do it more quickly, how can I resolve a string that
contains properties? (ie class and method?)
