As for the RFE RFE you point to, mostly things either get proposed on the ant-dev list if it is major and not well defined, or submitted in bugzilla... I'd start a rfe for the validator link but I am swamped and can't provide a patch for a while, also I have become unsure how much of the html for the site is in xml right now and I would need to learn the system by which the html is built before I could to provide a patch (at least I suspect it may be xml based from some stuff I have seen on the dev list). I don't have time to poke around and find the right file to modify.
