build.sh test fails in optional.sitraka

OK, I've fixed it - can you try it out. The fix just tests that the number of
lines of code is more than the given value (now effectively a minimum bound). In
reality, the test and the associated code in MethodInfo are slightly dubious It
attempts to determine the number of lines of code by the size of the line number
table.
