Replace task: extended to take a token/value pairs file ..

I created an Ant ReplacePlus task which takes a token/values pairs file
as well as individual token/value pairs, which can then be applied to
multiple files, etc.  I am wondering if this might be of any use to
anybody and also, if someone could tell me who I might submit this to
for review in order for it to be incorporated into Ant.
