Hi,

when I'm trying to use ant 1.3 on my WIN NT 4.0 Workstation
I get the following error message.

   >ant
   Buildfile: build.xml

   BUILD FAILED

   com.sun.xml.parser/P-078 de_DE

   Total time: 0 seconds
