So does hyperbole.

It has been my experience with the Ant mailing-lists that the majority of
times that a complaint about some aspect of Ant is posted, it's usually
followed up with questions asking how they'd like to see it changed/work
instead, which often leads to a discussion that either reveals that there
are other approaches that work without the need for any change, or a
change is implemented, or, sometimes, someone offers a new task that will
address the original poster's need. A reply of "submit a patch" not only
doesn't happen "every" time, it's actually pretty rare.
