Works for me.

Do you have a .cvspass file at C:\ (not sure why it shows both a backslash
and foreslash, though)? If .cvspass already exists, what are the
permissions on it? Are you behind a firewall?

(I just picked it up and jar'd it, in case you can't work out getting
through -- if you want me to send that to you, let me know.)
