I actually agree with you.    However, I think it would actually be more useful (and, btw, more accurate) to draw a tight parallel between American terrorists ('Bosnijak's' (sic), 'Kosovar Albanians', et al ad nauseam) and America's terrorists (Osama bin Laden, etc). As can be readily demonstrated, America's terrorists used to be American terrorists.  The entire paradigm of 'good' and 'bad' terrorists is, of course, nonsensical.  Terrorists are 'good' so long as they terrorize your enemies; they become 'bad' terrorists when they terrorize YOU. I do agree with making a strong statement but I think it far more advantageous, in a variety of ways, that America be forced to confront the very evil it has spawned (bin Laden but one among many).  As long as we allow Americans to wallow in this concept of 'innocent victims' (as if feeding, training, arming and then releasing a pack of fanatical religionists, of any stripe, is 'innocent'), we will continue to sit at ground zero and still will never understand 'why is this happening to us?'
