"This is real nonsense," Mikanba said in his telephone interview to RIA Novosti. According to him, "if armoured machinery begins to be delivered from Russia to Abkhazia, all radio stations will speak about this." Some Russian media reported earlier referring to chairman of the Georgian state reconnaissance department Avtandil Ioseliani that several units of armoured machinery and Russian military servicemen were introduced to Abkhazia from the neighbouring Krasnodar Territory of Russia. This is "a regular misinformation disseminated with the aim to aggravate the situation the way it was last May," Vladimir Mikanba stated.
