According to the report, Del Ponte will arrive in Belgrade on Friday to remind local authorities that they have an obligation to deliver the former Bosnian Serb military commander to The Hague "because he was charged a long time ago". "Mladic has been under an indictment for genocide for seven years and the Belgrade government must extradite him.
