SARAJEVO, Sept 30 (AFP) - US Secretary of State Colin Powell on Monday urged Bosnians to vote for reform in next month's polls, warning that without further progress the country could face dire consequences including international isolation. "The vote for reform will push Bosnia forward on the path of reform, free market and integration into Europe", Powell said in a pre-recorded television address to the Bosnians broadcast Monday. The second choice would be "to once again go down the dark and dangerous path of ethnic divisions, economic stagnation and international isolation," he warned. "The choice is yours and it is clear. Do not throw away the progress that has already been achieved. Give your vote to those who will continue to work on democracy, prosperity and peace," he said. On October 5, more than two million voters in Bosnia will elect a new central parliament, its collective presidency comprising a Croat, Muslim and a Serb member, and the assemblies of the two semi-autonomous entities -- the Serbs' Republika Srpska (RS) and the Muslim-Croat Federation.
