Yep. He funded/funds many of the quisling organizations in Serbia
that were responsible for overthrowing the government, not to
mention, groups with links to the KLA. His organizations front as
"human rights" groups. But, he's done this in many other
countries, and in particular throughout countries in eastern europe.
He has even been accused of buying governments, most notably,
the one in the Ukraine. It's probably accurate to say, he runs
Eastern europe. His organizations are basically neo-liberal think
tanks that advise "governments" as how best to detroy their
economies -- he calls them "open societies". He also destroys
economies more directly through his speculation schemes (He did
this, for example, with the economy of Malaysia, which lead to an
economic downturn in the entire region. He does not deny this act,
either. ) He even buys governments, most notably, the current one
in the Ukraine, and supports settlement expansion in the west
bank. Ironally, he writes books in which he criticizes capitalism. It's
obviously a PR scheme.
This guys is beyond scum.
