Itar-Tass February 7, 2010 Yanukovich to be Ukraine’s next president – exit polls KIEV: Party of Regions leader Viktor Yanukovich will be the fourth president of Ukraine, judging by exit polls. Yanukovich gained from 48.7% to 50.26% of votes in the February 7 round, while Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko gained from 44.2% to 45.6%.
