You did. That was the last time I synced, but then Jim  said: "No, I
need some more time!" and I wasn't told when he was ready, so I wasn't
sure if you, Ter, wanted to add some other fix yet.

But I did check in the latest change so we can go live now (was only one
file). I have to bundle the runtime files  yet, but I'm working on that.
I need to put this file into the runtime/CSharp/dist directory, right?
For consistency reasons, can you add "-3.1.0" to the old runtime file
name? I forgot the versioning there.
