BTW - all examples are updated and all tests pass, so I am ready for 3.1.1 whenever you are. Note that we need to build a 3.1.1 examples tar as none of the current examples will work with 3.1.1 headers (this is just the examples projects that I have configured to be self-contained, which means they are not intercompatiblized even though the users grammars are.)
