Currently we have a sidebar/footer section on the main Apache Any23 page
which already points to these external bodies. So I really don't know about
the Web servcie.

We've been trying to keep the focus on the development drive for a 0.7.0
release and are still finding the odd person or two submitting bug reports
to the googlecode stuff, which I can only presume they arrive at through
the old site @ developers.any23.org

How does this sound?
