Attachments seem to work OK for patches.  It's a mail client issue,
though.  If your mail client can include text inline without changing
it, then you can post patches inline.

I am in a bit of a hurry, so sorry if I am missing something obvious,
but why does the user need to supply an interface explicitly when the
"-i" flag is in use?
