One of the great strengths of AoE (and SAN in general) is the ability virtualize the storage and be able to export an appropriate sized volume (often just a small slice of disk, often many disks RAIDed together, rarely exactly one disk) to the initiator. -- Tracy Reed http://tracyreed.org
