I have a test server in my office which responds to some requests by
returning a file via ns_returnfile. The problem is that when access across
the network on the first 16000 bytes of the file is returned. If I access
the server from a local client then the entire file is sent. The HTTP
headers indicate the correct file size but the contents is always limited to
16000 bytes (or less if the file has less that 16000 bytes). I can't find
anywhere this limit could be set, either in AOL or Windows. Any ideas.

Host: Windows NT 4.0 SP 5
Server: AOL 3.0
