ns_adp_include globalInfo.adp
i am sorry, it was typing mistake. it's not commented. All i want to do is
to access global variable in a Proc, and that global variable is defined in
the include file

Are you visiting the url showGlobal.adp? your ns_adp_include is
commented out above, so test isn't being defined in showGlobal.adp.
What are you trying to do exactly?
