They do, but you can't virtual host two OpenACS 4.x sites currently because nscache maintains one giant global cache for everyone, so the two instances clash over their "util_memoize" cache.

That's as far as I've gotten thus far.  I can virtual host an OpenACS
3.x site and an OpenACS 4.x site successfully (my personal 3.x site
doesn't use nscache)
