It is very strange but I don't see no 'Notice: tcl:
enabling .tcl pages'...
And it also seems that my enabbletcl true statement in
my config file has no influence!!
I can change that string to everything I want..the
server just starts and doesn't complain about even
wrong things I enter there...

Still not a clue as to what is happening. My log file
contains nothing about it.
