Maybe I should rephrase that. I only intend to clean up parts of the API as needed to facilitate future improvement of the driver. I do not intend to make gratuitous changes to the API. Initially I only plan to clean up the code and migrate it to use Tcl 8.x Tcl_Objs. I have a db layer of my own that I'd rather not rewrite so don't worry much about things getting hacked up. I'll try to stay backward compatible where I can.
